Week 9 NFL Sunday preview
Thursdays action
Week nine of the NFL season ius hear it started with a big showing on Thursday from the Pittsburgh Steelers  against the Carolina Panthers.  This came from their high powered offense Bug ben  threw for over 300 yard and 5 touchdown and no picks.  A unreal performance from a QB that has had his share of struggles this season.   The Panthers just did have it on Thursday Newton passed for 193 yards and 2 touchdowns and one interception.  The Steelers beat the Panthers 52-21.





Detroit Lions (3-5) Vs Chicago Bears (5-3)

 The first game of the 1:00 session of the Sunday games features a NFC north Battle between the Detroit Lion and the Bears.  The Lions have been struggling they have lost their last two games.  Last week they were blown Out by a different NFC north Rival the Minnesota Vikings.  The Bears are at the top of the division for the first time in a long time with a win against Buffalo last week 41-9.



My Prediction I think this will be a fun game.  Mathew Stafford was sacked 6 times last week and they are going up against one of the best Defensive linemen in Kahlil Mack.  I think the bears will win this thanks to their defense 21-17




New Orleans Saints vs Cincinnati  Bengals 

 The next game is between the Saints and the Bengals.  The Saints are 7-1 and are coming off of a big win against the Los Angeles Rams.  The Bengals are 5-3 and are coming off of a bye after a huge win against Tampa.

My prediction is that Drew Brees  will have a field day against a weaker Bengals defense.  I think this be all Saints in this one 27-14.

Atlanta Falcons vs Cleveland  Browns
The next game is the Atlanta Falcons playing the Brown. The Falcons are 4-4 and are looking to turn their season around against another struggling team in the 2-6-1 Browns. 
My Prediction 
This is a game feature two desperate teams that need a win to stay in their division races.  I think the Falcons will win this one but it will not be easy 35-33.


New England Patriots vs Tennessee Titans 
The next game is the New England Patriots vs Tennessee Titans.  The Patriots are 7-2 and have won 6 straight.  One of the biggest problem with the Patriots has been injuries to key players.  They have lost their star TE Rob Gronkowski with a back injury and their rookie RB Sony Micheal.  The Titans are 4-4 and are looking to get revenge from the division round last year 

Jacksonville Jaguars vs Indianapolis Colts 

This AFC south game is between the Colts and the Jags.  Both teams are 3-5 and need to turn in around.  The jags are coming off a bye and have their star running back today.  Leonard Fournette should give the jags the boost they need to try and get back to the Playoffs.  The colts are coming off of a close win against a struggling Oakland Raiders.




Arizona Cardinals vs Kansas City Chiefs


The next game is between the Kansas city Chiefs and the Arizona Cardinals.  Kansas City has rolled  over their competition  they are at 7-1.  The cardinal on the other hand have struggled this season they are 2-6 and have no answers


Buffalo Bills vs New York Jets


The next game ia between the Buffalo Bills and the New York Jets.  Both teams have struggled this year.  The Bills are 2-6 they are making a change at Quarterback this week as All three of thier normal QB'S are hurt.  Matt Barkley is going to make the start today for the Bills.  On th other sideline Jets QB Sam Darnold suffered a foot injury last week and will not play this week.  It will be interesting to see how new QB's will affect this game.

2019 NFL Division Preview Saturday

   NFL Division Preview Wildcard weekend was just that wild we had 3 out of the four road teams win. We had some interesting calls and a kick that didn't just hit post put hit the left upright and bounce out to give the underdog team a win. Indianapolis Colts vs Kansas City Chiefs  Saturday 4:35 NBC The first game of the divisional round is the Indianapolis Colts vs Kansas City Chiefs.  The Colts are coming off of a huge win on Saturday against the Texans.  The Chiefs have the number 1 seed in the AFC and have the talent to make it all the way.  Although they have not been this good in years the chiefs have always found a way to choke in the playoffs.  Last year they went up by three scores and tried to close the Titans out after half time but they ended up losing 22-21.  Definitely one of the headlines for this weekend will be just because you have a high seed does not mean you get a free trip to the conference championship. Western Conference first half review

1.  Calgary Flames  The first team in the west is the Calgary Flames with 71 oints and a 6 point lead on the second place team the San Jose Sharks.  The FLames have been hot latley winning 8 out of thier last 10 in regulation and winning three in a row.   2. Winnipeg Jets  The Jets hold the third spot in the west with 31 win and 64 points.  The Jets have stayed consistent with their great playoff run last seaoson. The Jets are 5 points away from the first spot in the west.  The ets finished the first half of the season with a win. 3. San Jose Sharks  San Jose has the second spot in the west with 29 wins and 65 points.  This is a big improvement from last year.  This time last year the Sharks were fighting to stay in the top 8.  This year that has not been a problem as they have sored to the top of the standings.  One of the biggest reasons for the change was in the Off season when they signed former Ottowa Senator Erik Karlson.  That along wi

2019 NFL Conference championship preview

We are 3 weeks away from the season and have four teams still in contention for the big game.  In the Divisional round last all of the upper seed won.  On Saturday the Chiefs blew out the Colts 31-13.  The Rams beat the cowboys.  On Sunday the Patriots beat the Chargers and the Saints beat the Eagles.  That's what happened last week who knows what will happen this week. NFC Championship Los Angeles Rams vs New Orleans Saints 3:05 pm FOX  The NFC Championship game is between the Los Angeles Rams and the New Orleans Saints.  The Saints beat the Eagles last week by a touchdown.  That game did not start off well for the Saints as they allowed 14 points in the first quarter.  They eventually shut the Eagles down with a game closing Interception.  The Rams also had a close game be ating the Cowboys 30-22.  They beat the Cowboys by rushing the ball with their running back by committee aproach.  With a semi Healthy Todd Gurley the Rams used former Denver Broncos Running back C.J A

2019 NFL Division weekend preview Sunday

2019 NFL division Sunday preview Here we are the final two games of division weekend.  Last night we had two great games.  The chiefs killed the colts to get their first playoff win in many years. The Rams beat the Cowboys in a very close match-up.  Today we have two more very entertaining games. New England Patriots vs Los Angeles Chargers The first game of the day is between the Charger and the Patriots.  The Chargers beat the Ravens last week to get to this spot.  They beat the Ravens by pressuring Lamar Jackson and they need to do the same today in order to move on.  The Chargers are also 9-0 when they have traveled outside of Los Angeles.  The Patriots have the second seed in the AFC and are hosting this playoff game today.  The Patriots are looking for their tenth straight appearance in the AFC Championship game.  Philadelphia Eagles vs New Orleans Saints  4:40pm The next game is between the Philadelphia Eagles and the New Orleans Saints.  The Eagles beat the Bea

NFL week 14 Preview

The NFL Season is coming to the end fantasy playoffs are under way and playoff races are tight.  Lets get into the preview. Philadelphia Eagles vs Dallas Cowboys 4:25 pm One of the biggest games of the day is a divisional match up between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys.  The Birds are 6-6 and are coming off a great Monday night win agianst Washington.  The Cowboys are one game ahead of the Birds and look to keep it that way and kill the Eagles division hopes today.  The first game between these teams was dominated by Dallas hopefully this game will be a bit closer. New York Jet vs Buffalo Bills The next game does not have any playoff positions but it is another great division rivalry between the Buffalo Bulls and the New York Jets. Both teams have struggled this year with records of 3-9 and 4-8.  Hopefully one of these teams can turn it around today.
