NFL week 14 Preview




The NFL Season is coming to the end fantasy playoffs are under way and playoff races are tight.  Lets get into the preview.






Philadelphia Eagles vs Dallas Cowboys 4:25 pm


One of the biggest games of the day is a divisional match up between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys.  The Birds are 6-6 and are coming off a great Monday night win agianst Washington.  The Cowboys are one game ahead of the Birds and look to keep it that way and kill the Eagles division hopes today.  The first game between these teams was dominated by Dallas hopefully this game will be a bit closer.




New York Jet vs Buffalo Bills


The next game does not have any playoff positions but it is another great division rivalry between the Buffalo Bulls and the New York Jets. Both teams have struggled this year with records of 3-9 and 4-8.  Hopefully one of these teams can turn it around today.



Carolina Panthers vs Cleveland Browns


The Next game is the Carolina Panther up against the Cleveland browns.  The Panthers are in the NFC playoff hunt at 6-6.  The Browns are 4-7-1 and hope to have more consistently out of rookie QB Baker Mayfield.  Mayfield threw 3 picks last week in a loss to the Texans.




Atlanta Falcons vs Green Bay Packers



The next game is a rematch of the NFC Championship from two years ago.  The Packers are 4-7-1 and have fired their coach Mike McCarthy after a hard loss last week to the Cardinals.  The Falcons are in a similar spot they are struggling this season with a 4-8 record but they still have a head coach.  Hope one of these former NFC juggernauts could show up today and win this game.


Baltimore Ravens vs Kansas City Chiefs

The next game feature two young QBS that have had pretty good years.  Lamar Jackson leads the Ravens into this game after Joe Flacco got hurt earlier in the year.  The CHiefs have been on roll this year and it has been thanks to the roll of Patrick Mohomes.  The Ciefs can clinch a playoff spot with a win today.





New England Patriots vs Miami Dolphins


The next game does have playoff position at stake as the Patriots can clinch the AFC East with a win today.  To do that they have to face 6-6 Miami Team that is coming off a win agianst another division opponent the Buffalo Bills.







New Orleans Saints vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Next Game is Between the 10-2 New Orleans Saints and the 5-7 Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  The Saints their win streak last week and are looking to claim their playoff spot and get back into the win column.  The Bucs have really struggled this year after their hot 3-0 start they have crashed and burned because of late game Heroics  and inconsistent quarterbacking the Bucs are just a mess.








Indianapolis Colts Vs Houston Texans

The next game is between AFC south Contenders.  The Houston Texans are 9-3 and look to continue their push for the playoffs with Deshuan Watson.  The Colts are hanging on for dear life as they are 6-6 and need a win to stay in the AFC playoff hunt.

New York Giants vs Washington Redskins



The final division game of the day is between he New York Giants and the Washington Redskins.  The Redskins are 6-6 and need a win today to get back into the division race.  Their playoffs hopes are in the hands of Mark Sanchez.  As they have lost both their starter Alex Smith and their back up Colt McCoy.

Cincinnati Bengals vs L.A Chargers


The Next game kicks off the later session of games.  This game is between the Bengals and the Chargers. The Bengals are fading out of the AFC race and need a big win on the road to get back in it.  That will be tough task as the Chargers are 9-3 and  have a ton of momentum  after a big win over the Steelers last week on Sunday night.



Denver Broncos vs San Francisco 49ers

The next game features the Denver Broncos a team that desperately needs a win at 6-6 and the 49ers who are looking for a draft pick.  (Sorry 49ers fans I had to say it )



Pittsburgh Steelers vs Oakland Raiders


The Next game has two teams in the same situation as the last game.  The Steelers where humbled last week losing to the Chargers by a couple of bad penalties.  They look to continue to fight for the AFC north title and get back on track.  The Raiders are 2-10 and are just waiting for the draft.

2019 NFL Division Preview Saturday

   NFL Division Preview Wildcard weekend was just that wild we had 3 out of the four road teams win. We had some interesting calls and a kick that didn't just hit post put hit the left upright and bounce out to give the underdog team a win. Indianapolis Colts vs Kansas City Chiefs  Saturday 4:35 NBC The first game of the divisional round is the Indianapolis Colts vs Kansas City Chiefs.  The Colts are coming off of a huge win on Saturday against the Texans.  The Chiefs have the number 1 seed in the AFC and have the talent to make it all the way.  Although they have not been this good in years the chiefs have always found a way to choke in the playoffs.  Last year they went up by three scores and tried to close the Titans out after half time but they ended up losing 22-21.  Definitely one of the headlines for this weekend will be just because you have a high seed does not mean you get a free trip to the conference championship. Western Conference first half review

1.  Calgary Flames  The first team in the west is the Calgary Flames with 71 oints and a 6 point lead on the second place team the San Jose Sharks.  The FLames have been hot latley winning 8 out of thier last 10 in regulation and winning three in a row.   2. Winnipeg Jets  The Jets hold the third spot in the west with 31 win and 64 points.  The Jets have stayed consistent with their great playoff run last seaoson. The Jets are 5 points away from the first spot in the west.  The ets finished the first half of the season with a win. 3. San Jose Sharks  San Jose has the second spot in the west with 29 wins and 65 points.  This is a big improvement from last year.  This time last year the Sharks were fighting to stay in the top 8.  This year that has not been a problem as they have sored to the top of the standings.  One of the biggest reasons for the change was in the Off season when they signed former Ottowa Senator Erik Karlson.  That along wi

2019 NFL Conference championship preview

We are 3 weeks away from the season and have four teams still in contention for the big game.  In the Divisional round last all of the upper seed won.  On Saturday the Chiefs blew out the Colts 31-13.  The Rams beat the cowboys.  On Sunday the Patriots beat the Chargers and the Saints beat the Eagles.  That's what happened last week who knows what will happen this week. NFC Championship Los Angeles Rams vs New Orleans Saints 3:05 pm FOX  The NFC Championship game is between the Los Angeles Rams and the New Orleans Saints.  The Saints beat the Eagles last week by a touchdown.  That game did not start off well for the Saints as they allowed 14 points in the first quarter.  They eventually shut the Eagles down with a game closing Interception.  The Rams also had a close game be ating the Cowboys 30-22.  They beat the Cowboys by rushing the ball with their running back by committee aproach.  With a semi Healthy Todd Gurley the Rams used former Denver Broncos Running back C.J A

2019 NFL Division weekend preview Sunday

2019 NFL division Sunday preview Here we are the final two games of division weekend.  Last night we had two great games.  The chiefs killed the colts to get their first playoff win in many years. The Rams beat the Cowboys in a very close match-up.  Today we have two more very entertaining games. New England Patriots vs Los Angeles Chargers The first game of the day is between the Charger and the Patriots.  The Chargers beat the Ravens last week to get to this spot.  They beat the Ravens by pressuring Lamar Jackson and they need to do the same today in order to move on.  The Chargers are also 9-0 when they have traveled outside of Los Angeles.  The Patriots have the second seed in the AFC and are hosting this playoff game today.  The Patriots are looking for their tenth straight appearance in the AFC Championship game.  Philadelphia Eagles vs New Orleans Saints  4:40pm The next game is between the Philadelphia Eagles and the New Orleans Saints.  The Eagles beat the Bea
