Philadelphia Flyers weekly preview #1
This is going to be a preview of the upcoming Philadelphia Flyers games for the week 2/26/18. Three games on the schedule for the orange and black this week.
Monday Montreal Canadiens (23-29-9) 55 points
This is the second time in a week that these two teams have played. Last week the Flyer beat the Canadiens in overtime 3-2 thanks to a Vorachek goal midway through the overtime period. Since then the Canadians beat the New York Rangers in regulation and beat the lightning in a shootout.
Thursday Carolina Hurricane (27-25-10) 64 points
The Carolina Hurricanes come into town on Thursday they are currently three points out of the final wild-card spot in the east. The last couple of meetings have been decided by one goal.
Saturday Tampa Bay Lightning 87 points
On Saturday the Flyers travel to Tampa for a battle with the first seed in the eastern conference standings. The Lightning have a three game winning streak and hope to improve that against the Flyers
